SUMMARY:Pol Morell: Taming Scheme Dependence in Precision EFTs: Formalism and Applications
DESCRIPTION:Effective Field Theories (EFTs) provide a universal language for physics across different energy scales. In modern high-energy physics\, advancing these theories to Next-to-Leading-Logarithmic (NLL) precision is crucial\, but doing so introduces a highly non-trivial dependence on the choice of renormalization scheme. In this talk\, I will present the formalism to systematically map results across different schemes and operator bases. Beyond presenting such a connection\, I will demonstrate how this framework directly translates into several interesting phenomenological applications. In particular\, I will give a special focus to how it has been successfully used to obtain the full set of four-fermion NLL renormalization group equations in the Low-Energy Effective Field Theory (LEFT).  \nhttps://indico.ijs.si/event/4060/
