We are proud to announce that our Young Researcher, Teodor Iličin, has received the Faculty Prešeren Award for his exceptional Master’s thesis.

The awards ceremony took place on January 22, 2026, at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (UL FMF). Teodor was recognized for his work titled “Quasiparticles in superconducting quantum circuits” (Slovene: Kvazidelci v superprevodnih kvantnih vezjih). The research was conducted under the mentorship of our colleague, prof. dr. Rok Žitko.
